Fewer rainfall in various parts of the Philippines

QUEZON City, Philippines — According to the Philippines Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), a wider area of the Philippines will experience fewer rainfall due to the El Niño phenomenon.
