SIYAM na oras na mawawalan ng suplay ng kuryente sa ilang bahagi ng Laguna at Quezon sa Sabado Pebrero a sais. Sa advisory ng National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (ngcp), ang power interruption ay magsisimula ng alas ocho ng umaga hanggang alas singko ng hapon. NILINAW ng Department of Agriculture sa Region 6 na walang outbreak ng newcastle virus sa mga manok sa rehiyon. US monitors ISIS threat in the Philippines
