BBL may be affected by Mamasapano re-investigation

The Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) is wary of the re-investigation of the Mamasapano incident and fears that said re-investigation will cause further delays in the passage of the Bangsamoro Basic Law. MILF chief negotiator Mohaqher Iqbal said that his group considers the case closed and that he has no plans to attend said re-investigation.
