To monitor commercial flights in the West Philippine Sea, the government plans to install a Php 50 million satellite-based tracking system in the Pag-asa Island. Transport group Alliance of Concerned Transport Organizations or ACTO proposed a lower minimum fare in public utility jeepneys.
