According to House Committee on National Defense Chairman Rodolfo Biazon there is a possibility of the return of the American military bases in the country and for the US forces to stay longer in the Philippines. The youth group Kalayaan Atin Ito plans to conduct another voyage to Spratlys Island this coming summer.
