Several fishermen missing as “Kabayan” leaves

According to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), 26 fishermen are still missing 2 days after “Kabayan” left the Philippine area of responsibility. The NDRRMC records 4, 500 families were affected in the storm’s rampage in six provinces in Luzon with 1, 300 families staying in evacuation centers. COMELEC may extend working hours
