The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) is currently monitoring a tropical storm that the said weather bureau spotted outside of the Philippine area of responsibility. Criminal raps filed vs 90 individuals in Mamasapano – DOJ
