PCG apprehensive of oil spill in Ormoc

ORMOC, Leyte, August 17 (Eagle News) — The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) is now taking appropriate measures in preparation of a possible oil spill due to the burning of the ship MV Wonderful Star in the sea of Ormoc.
