Senator Bongbong Marcos to submit BBL substitute bill

MANILA, Philippines, August 7 (Eagle News) — Senate Committee on Local Government Chairman, Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., said that his committee is going to submit the substitute bill for the Bangsamoro Basic Law, with 115 provisions amended.
