A strong earthquake rattled Taiwan and small islands in the far south of Japan on Monday, official monitoring sites said, prompting a warning for a 1-metre tsunami for the Okinawa island chain. QUEZON CITY, April 20 (PIA) — The Department of Agriculture in a statement said it will implement today, Monday, a lower suggested retail price (SRP) for chicken in Metro Manila markets. Agriculture Secretary Proceso J.
