Ang Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority ang major seaport sa bansa at sa Southeast Asia. Ito ay nakabase sa Southwest ng Luzon sa Subic, Zambales. Sa bisa ng Republic Act 7227 inaatasan ang Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority na magpromote at magdevelop ng Subic Special Economic Zone sa larangan ng Industrial, Commercial, Financial and Investment Center para sa mga oppurtunidad ng pagkakaroon ng trabaho at makapaghikayat para sa productive foreign investment.
