In Brussels, the European Union decided to conduct anti-terror projects in cooperation with some Muslim nations. This in the wake of terrorist attack in Paris and a foiled terrorist cell in Belgium.

More than 113,000 residents of Bicol and Eastern Visayas were evacuated from their homes because of typhoon Amang, international name Mekkhala. 3rd fuel price cut takes effect this year
