According to National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, most of the evacuees lost their homes due to the typhoon. Meanwhile, 1, 523 passengers remain stranded in different ports around the Philippines. The Philippine Coast Guard, however, said that they already have lifted the ban on sea travel. According to the records of the NDRRMC, three were confirmed dead due to the typhoon while eight cases await verification.
