Classes suspended in Cebu province

Cebu Governor Hilario P. Davide declared on Thursday the suspension of classes in all levels in public and private schools in the province on December 5 and 6, Friday and Saturday. Davide made the declaration as typhoon Ruby (with international name Hagupit) entered the Philippine area of responsibility early Thursday.
