In its latest bulletin, the PAGASA said that typhoon “Jose” continues to weaken as it moves away from the country. The typhoon was last seen near Aparri. PAGASA reiterated that “Jose” will not affect any part of the country, saying that it is the “habagat” that is bringing rains to the Philippines.
