Preemptive evacuation in Cavite due to Typhoon Glenda
According to Eagle News correspondent Rowell Buñag Bertis, in preparation for the arrival of Typhoon Glenda, eleven barangays in Cavite City conducted pre-emptive evacuation especially those near coastal areas. 150 families were able to reach safety even before the storm hit the said province.
