Sandiganbayan drafts arrest warrant against Senator Estrada

The fifth division of the Sandiganbayan ordered the drafting of the warrant of arrest against Senator Jinggoy Estrada and his co-accused after finding that there is probable cause in the charges against him. Senator Estrada said that he will voluntary surrender if a warrant of arrest is issued against him.
