PHL raises alert level 4 in Iraq; calls for mandatory evacuation of Filipinos

MANILA, June 19 (PNA) — Due to the rapidly deteriorating security situation in Iraq, the Department of Foreign Affairs on Thursday raised crisis alert level or mandatory repatriation of Filipinos for all areas in Iraq except for the northern region of Kurdistan. Facebook website crashes

  (Reuters) – Facebook Inc’s website was down at 0815 GMT (4.15 a.m. EDT), displaying a message saying “Sorry, something went wrong.” The site said it was working to get the issue fixed “as soon as we can.” The company did not immediately respond to an email seeking comments. MMDA fines, not suspended

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority reminded drivers that their Php 6000 fine on out-of-line public utility vehicles were not suspended since the MMDA is following different regulations from those of the LTFRB.
