LTFRB suspends fines on out of line vehicles

Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board will temporarily suspend the implementation of higher fines on out-of-line vehicles – those that have franchise but travel in unauthorized routes, to prevent a possible shortage of public utility buses.
