Malacañang on Monday gave its assurance that Palace administration will not allow the entry of US warships carrying nuclear weapons. Valte said that while the 8th round of negotiations for the proposed agreement on the Enhanced Defense Cooperation between the Philippines and the US had already been concluded, there will be no “hard and fast rule” governing both sides since the agreement would still have to pass President Aquino’s scrutiny.
