According to the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, starting on April 15, the Department of Public Works and Highway will begin the concrete re-blocking and road repair of ninety-four locations in EDSA.

The low-pressure area that was formerly the storm “Domeng” is still inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility, near Surigao del Sur, affecting Caraga and Davao region, as well as the provinces of Misamis Oriental and eastern Visayas. COMELEC targets new 13 million new voters
The Commission on Elections targets 13 million new voters to register, including those with no biometrics, on the May 16 voters registration. Comelec expects 3 million new voters to register while 9 million registered voters will undergo biometrics registration. Registered voters with no biometrics will be disenfranchised in the 2016 elections. Said registration will start on May 6, 2014 and will last until October 31, 2015.
