(Reuters) — Actor Philip Seymour Hoffman, who was found dead in his New York apartment on February 2 with a needle in his arm, died of an accidental overdose of drugs, the New York City Chief Medical Examiner said on Friday (February 28). BOC Extends Port Operations in Manila

The Bureau of Customs extended the operating hours of the Port of Manila and the Manila International Container Port to help those affected by the truck ban in Manila.
