(Eagle News)–A 4.4-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental on Friday, April 19. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit at 6:17 a.m. The epicenter was 394 kilometers southeast of Balut Island. The depth of focus was 13 kilometers.
