MANILA, Philippines – According to Presidential Communications Undersecretary Manolo Quezon III, the public should attend and watch the first presidential debate in relation to the 2016 elections, adding said debate will provide every Filipino with the opportunity to critically examine the agenda of each presidential candidate. The first debate will be conducted in Cagayan de Oro and will be held at various places all over the Philippines.
