MANILA, Philippines, July 24 (Eagle News) — Presidential Communications Secretary Sonny Coloma defended the Php 2 million budget for the last State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Benigno S. Aquino III.
Said budget is allocated for the preparation, security and food. He added that the budget is legal and is part of the allocation of the concerned government agencies.
