MANILA, Philippines – According to Presidential Communications Secretary Sonny Coloma, Malacañang is confident that the presidential elections will push through in 2016 despite the decision of the Supreme Court (SC) voiding the contract between the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) and Smartmatic.
