Presidential Deputy Spokesperson Abigail Valte defended the use of alias of various Moro Islamic Liberation Front leaders, saying that there was no deception on their part because the government knows their real name. She added that instead of tackling side issues, the focus should be on the substance and merit of the Bangsamoro Basic Law.
