Malacañang will not change its mind regarding the implementation of the K-to-12 program, saying that it is about time for an educational reform to upgrade the Philippine educational system to be on par with those of its South-East Asian neighbors. The Palace advised those who are protesting the K-to-12 program to take their case to the courts.
