MANILA, July 19 – The Palace on Monday warned the public on illegal solicitations.
In a statement, the Palace said, “We are issuing this statement to warn and protect the public from illegal solicitations.”
“Some unscrupulous individuals and groups claiming to represent the Office of President Rodrigo Duterte have been conducting solicitations for alleged victory parties for the President’s followers and supporters.
We wish to underscore that the Office of President would not make such action. These are unauthorized and obviously the work of impostors and scammers,” the statement said.
