(Eagle News)–Senator Kiko Pangilinan on Sunday, Oct. 7, called for a full disclosure of the President’s state of health if he was serious when he made the “cancer” remark.
“..But if not (serious), then it would be best that we stop such talk and focus our time and attention on looking for solutions to the serious problems of spiraling high prices of food, gasoline, and other basic commodities,” Pangilinan said in a short statement.
In a speech on Thursday, Duterte said he would not seek treatment if he had third stage cancer.
The President said this after revealing he went to Cardinal Santos Medical Center the day before to undergo some tests.
Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said the tests were followup tests to another series of tests he did previously in which he said a possible “growth” had been found.
