(Eagle News)–Partly cloudy skies will prevail over Metro Manila today, March 22, as the ridge of a high pressure area affects Northern Luzon.
In its 4 p.m. update, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Caraga, Davao Region, and Samar will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
Northern Luzon and the eastern sections of Central Luzon, Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao will have moderate winds and coastal waters, PAGASA said.
The rest of the country, on the other hand, will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
