Partly cloudy skies to prevail in PHL as easterlies affect Visayas, Mindanao

(Eagle News)—-Partly cloudy skies are expected in the country today, March 31, as the easterlies affect Visayas and Mindanao, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.

PAGASA said Eastern Visayas and Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Flash floods due to severe thunderstorms are possible.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy skies, PAGASA said.

Extreme northern Luzon will have moderate to occasionally strong winds and moderate to occasionally rough coastal waters.

Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.

The rest of Luzon will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
