(Eagle News)–Partly cloudy skies will prevail over the country as the easterlies affect the eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
Bicol Region and Eastern Visayas will also experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
Flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms are possible.
According to PAGASA, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy skies.
As for coastal waters and winds, PAGASA said the eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao will moderate to occasionally strong winds and moderate to occasionally rough waters.
Northern Luzon will experience moderate to occasionally strong winds and moderate to occasionally rough waters.
The rest of the country, on the other hand, will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate waters.
