Authorities identified the suspects as Dolores Dela Cruz, 51; Melchor Robelles,29; Daniel Hernandez, 21; and William Ibañez.
The suspects are facing charges for violation of Section 4, Article II of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
