QUEZON City, Philippines, April 17 (Eagle News) – Cagayan De Oro Representative Rufus Rodriguez filed a resolution asking for the resumption of the peace talks between the government and the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP), after said peace talks bogged down last 2013.
