UNITED States of America, April 18, (Eagle News) – The world’s no.1 swimmer is back after his suspension due to a driving-under-influence arrest. Michael Phelps joined and won the 100-meter butterfly heat in a swimming competition. It is expected that Phelps will compete in the 2016 Olympics in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil.
