Philippine Army receives new weapons

US-based arms manufacturer Remington delivered 12, 600 new M4 carbines for the Philippine Army, worth Php 1.9 billion. Said carbines will undergo technical examination before being issued to Army personnel. Said weapons are part of the modernization program of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
