MANILA, Philippines – Ambassador Jose Cuisia Jr., announced that the Philippines has no capability to stop China in taking the Panatag Shoals. The Philippine Ambassador to Washington DC made said statement after reports said that a Chinese ship was found in the said shoal. The ambassador is hoping that the international community will extend its help in order to put a halt on Chinese activities in the West Philippine Sea.
