According to the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), the Philippines filed a formal protest against the latest action of China in the West Philippine Sea where said nation conducted test flights. The DFA added that said action is provocative and is in violation of the ASEAN-China Declaration on the Conduct of Parties.
