QUEZON City, Philippines — Based on the 2016 Happy Planet Index Report released by the New Economic Foundation, Philippines is now at the 20th place as one of the happiest places on Earth resulting in a 67.9 years expectancy for Filipinos. Costa Rica is in the first place while Mexico is in the second place
