QUEZON City, Philippines – The Philippines should not waste the opportunity while it holds the position of the chairman of Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN).
Dr. Clarita Carlos, Professor of Political Science in the University of the Philippines, praised President Rodrigo Duterte’s tact during the ASEAN Summit as well as his political acumen. She said that he can lead the ASEAN through the challenges faced by the region.
