MAY 1 (Eagle News) — The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said that the Philippine government may seek another clemency for Mary Jane Veloso, this was after a temporary reprieve from death sentence was granted to her by the Indonesian government.
According to DFA Spokesperson Charles Jose, the Philippines could seek for another clemency once they identified and convicted the culprits behind the drug smuggling attempt to bring it in Indonesia by using Veloso.
