MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) — The Philippine Embassy reminded Filipinos in Iraq to be vigilant and stay indoors after a rocket attack near the Baghdad International Airport and two incidents of suicide bombings in the other parts of the capital.
In their twitter post, the Philippine Embassy advised to avoid public transport and stay away from public places such as malls, parks and markets.
The embassy also encouraged Filipinos in Iraq who are yet to register with the Embassy to make the proper registration so that they can be easily contacted in case of emergency.
