QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — Senate President Francisco “Koko” Pimentel has explained that the reorganization of the Senate committees will now ensure a better working relationship between senators as the lines are now clearer between the majority and the minority bloc.
Pimentel admitted that the previous rows in the Senate within the so-called “supermajority” have started to affect the legislative agenda of the Senate.
Pimentel also clarified that Malacañang was not involved in the Senate reorganization.
