STA. Barbara, Iloilo (Eagle News) – President Noynoy Aquino explained why he chose to celebrate Independence Day in Iloilo, saying that it is about time that the contributions of the other regions to the independence of the country should be recognized. He added that he will celebrate the 2016 Independence Day in Mindanao.
