STA. Barbara, Iloilo (Eagle News) – In his Independence Day speech in the historic town of Sta. Barbara, Iloilo, President Noynoy Aquino praised Interior and Local Government Secretary Mar Roxas, especially in Roxas’ main contribution to the formation of the Negros Island Region. President Aquino first said that Roxas is his top choice for presidential candidate in 2016.
