PNoy will appoint new PNP chief after Purisima retires

MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) – President Aquino asks for the public’s understanding regarding his delayed appointment of a new chief for the Philippine National Police, saying that he will only appoint a new PNP chief after former PNP Chief Purisima retires.
