QUEZON City, Philippines, June 17 (Eagle News) — The Philippine National Police (PNP) believes that the decommissioning of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) was sincere and not only done to create support for the passage of the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL).
