QUEZON City, Philippines – The Philippine National Police Chief Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa himself awarded a recognition to a member of the Manila police who was able to kill a member of a robbery-hold-up group. Other than the “Medalya ng Kagalingan”, Dela Rosa also gave Police Chief Inspector Paolita Sabulao of the MPD Station 9 a new Glock 30 caliber 45 pistol.
