The Senate will investigate the Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net worth of PNP Chief Allan Purisima.
According to Senator Grace Poe, she asked Purisima to bring his SALN in the next Senate hearing.
She added that she received information regarding the ill-gotten wealth of said PNP Chief.
She said that it was important for the public not to have doubts on the PNP Chief. She added that Purisima has nothing to worry about if he is not hiding anything, and if he has not committed irregularities.
The Senator said that it is important to clear the name of the PNP in view of criminal incidents involving the police.
